Takeru Kobayashi (tah-kah-roo koh-bee-yah-shee) of Japan wolfed down 67 miniature burgers in eight minutes to win the contest in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Aside from a championship belt, he also takes home a ten-thousand-dollar check.
